KANG LAW LLC (UEN 202089111Z) is a limited liability law corporation registered in Singapore under the Legal Profession Act (CAP 161), regulated by the Law Society of Singapore and the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, Ministry of Law.
We were first established as Kang Associates (Singapore) in 1988 and was initially known as Kang & Ong Associates. In 1993, Kang & Ong Associates dissolved, and Mr Albert Kang Gim Swee continued his practice under Kang Associates (Singapore).
In 1995, Kang Associates (Johor Bahru) was established and till to date, assisted many cross border transactions and applications for Singaporeans and Malaysians.
On 03 August 2020, KANG LAW LLC was incorporated to take over the practice and business of Kang Associates (Singapore).
KANG LAW LLC and Kang Associates (Johor Bahru) will continue to strive to bridge the gap for Singapore and Malaysia Law for Singaporeans and Malaysians on both sides of the causeway.

| Albert was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law at Middle Temple in 1980 and holds the degree of BA(Hons) Law and LLM (London).
He was admitted to Singapore Bar since 1983 and has since been practicing in Singapore. Albert is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public in Singapore. Albert is a Company Secretary and also sits on the Board of Directors for some companies in Singapore. Albert also practices as an Advocate & Solicitor in Johor Bahru, West Malaysia since 1995.
